CRM TARGETING ANALYST-COVENTRY-£300 PER DAY-5 MONTH CONTRACT
My client is looking for a CRM Targeting Analyst to use analysis to improve performance of response based marketing. You will need to have experience of targeting methods, including detection and implementation of events and triggers, logical selections and building propensity and value models. This will mean that you need to have worked with product teams to understand product features and how they have met customer needs and work with channel teams to optimise type of selections and cuts off.
Pre and post campaign analysis to measure impact of campaign and how to improve is important along with the creation of mailing files for Direct mail and e-mail campaigns. To be successful in this application you will need to have a strong analytical background including modelling and programming experience in SQL/SAS and ideally, product knowledge and experience of BTL marketing campaigns.
